Bellview Holdings is a Nashville-based company focused on acquiring and growing small businesses with strong fundamentals, great people, and room to scale.

I’m Olivia — a CPA with a passion for problem-solving, process improvement, and thoughtful leadership. I’ve always been driven and detail-oriented, choosing the steady path early in my career. I earned both my bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Accounting from Auburn University, spent five years in tax at Ernst & Young, and later pivoted into a client-facing role as an external recruiter, where I sharpened my skills in sales, communication, and relationship-building.

Over time, I realized I wanted something more: to move from supporting businesses from the outside to building and leading them from within.

That’s what inspired me to start Bellview Holdings. My goal is simple — to partner with business owners who are ready to step away or scale back, while preserving the culture, care, and legacy they’ve created. I take a hands-on, people-first approach to ownership. I’m not here to flip businesses; I’m here to steward them for the long term, bring fresh energy, and invest in their future.
